This custom-made machine automated dilution machine tool is designed for the automatic dilution of mother tincture by repeating several recorded and tracked sequences.
The equipment can fill a glass cell with a precise dose of +/- 2% via a peristaltic pump.
A high-frequency energizing sequence is performed to agitate the product. Then the dose is evacuated and weighed by a high resolution scale. As soon as the set number of sequences is reached, the last dose is distributed in a conditioning bottle located in a clean zone (ISO 5 class) on a rotating plate protected by a laminar flow.
The equipment is designed with 3 separate areas: a technical zone located at the back of the machine and in the lower section, a process zone for dosing and agitation cycles and a clean zone for final packaging. All the data is saved in a production report available for printing from the HMI.
